DSR (Deflated Sharpe Ratio), PSR (Probabilistic Sharpe Ratio), and the validity tier badge appear on every backtest result, free or paid. Hiding them behind a paywall would defeat the entire point. You deserve to know if your backtest is noise before you trade it.
Common questions
What counts as a backtest?
One run of a strategy against a symbol over a date range. Walk-forward analysis counts as one job — folds run internally and don't consume your daily limit.
Why is DSR free?
Because hiding validity metrics behind a paywall defeats the entire point. If you're going to use the tool, you deserve to know whether your backtest result is noise.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the billing period. No contracts, no lock-in. The Lab trial cancels immediately with no charge.
Is there a free trial for Researcher?
No — at $19/mo it's cheap enough to just try. Lab has a 14-day trial because it's a more substantial commitment.
What happens to my strategies if I downgrade?
They're preserved. You just can't run new backtests that exceed your tier's limits until you upgrade again.
